Portuguese public-service broadcaster RTP has acquired rights for the Primeira Liga, the country’s top football league, for its overseas channels RTP Africa and RTP Internacional.
RTP agreed a deal with rights-holder Sport TV, the Portuguese pay-television broadcaster, to show one match per week from the league, which kicked off last Friday.
