RugbyPass enhances Six Nations deal

OTT platform RugbyPass has renewed its partnership with the Six Nations tournament and will broadcast the women’s event for the first time in 2019.

RugbyPass first broadcast the European national team tournament last year and will kick off 2019 as the exclusive rights-holder of Six Nations rugby across its 23 Asian territories: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, East Timor, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

In an addition to its original multi-year rights deal, RugbyPass has secured exclusive rights to the 2019 Women’s Six Nations.

The action kicks off on February 2 with the Women’s Six Nations clashes between Ireland and England and Scotland and Italy, followed closely by the first Six Nations match between France and Wales.

RugbyPass will have live and on-demand access to every match and the availability of time-shifted viewing across any connected device will enable fans to watch their favourite teams live, delayed or as condensed highlights.
