SFR to make sports channels available on digital platforms

French telecommunications company SFR will make its SFR Sport pay-television channels available to those who do not have a full subscription to the service.

According to the Media Sportif news website, the digital offering will be launched on November 15.

Five SFR Sport channels will be available for €9.99 ($10.93) per month on mobile and online platforms.

Canalsat has an exclusive deal to carry SFR Sport channels on pay-television platforms.

SFR Sport shows coverage of football’s English Premier League, as well as the domestic Pro A basketball league and events organised by the French athletics association.
