Sony obtains court order against Olympics piracy in India

Indian broadcaster Sony Pictures Networks yesterday obtained an order from the Delhi High Court aimed at shutting down piracy of Tokyo Olympics coverage by websites and rogue pay-television platform operators.

The order directs internet service providers to block access to websites that have carried pirated Sony content and also requests that India's central government directs the ISPs to take action.
