Sony Six clinches long-term TNA Wrestling agreement

Indian sports and entertainment pay-television channel Sony Six has signed a long-term rights deal with the TNA Wrestling series.

The seven-year contract means Sony Six will broadcast events from the US wrestling organisation until 2022.

Fans will be able to watch TNA’s flagship Impact Wrestling show every Monday, with TNA Wrestling’s Greatest Matches and TNA Xplosion airing each Tuesday and Wednesday respectively.

TNA’s pay-per-view and One Night Only events are also included in the deal.

Sony Six first broadcast TNA in 2013 and the series' profile has increased in the country of late following the debut of Indian wrestler Mahabali Shera.
