German commercial sports broadcaster Sport1 has launched a live streaming service to accompany its new US sports pay-television channel.
Live streaming of Sport1 US will be available via PCs and laptops, as well as on the iPhone and iPad, for a monthly subscription fee of €10 ($13.4).
Access to both Sport1 US and sister channel Sport1+ is available for a combined monthly fee of €15, while selected sports events will be offered as single live streams for €5 apiece.
Sport1 US launched in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on August 1.
