Sportskeeda moves into rights market with cricket series deal

Indian digital media company Sportskeeda has acquired live streaming rights to the two-match Twenty20 cricket series between Scotland and Pakistan.

Sportskeeda has secured exclusive digital broadcasting rights in India to the series, which is being held in Edinburgh, Scotland today (Tuesday) and tomorrow.

Sportskeeda will live stream both matches via its page on social media platform Facebook.

Samarth Sharma, chief business officer for Sportskeeda, said: “It’s a big moment for Sportskeeda and it's another feather in our cap. It's a small step taken towards bigger things.”

Scotland head into the series having pulled off a shock one-day international win over England on Sunday, while Pakistan has recently finished a two-Test tour of England which finished 1-1.
