Swiss public-service broadcaster SRG has stepped up its commitment to floorball in the country by agreeing a new rights deal with the Swiss Unihockey body.
Having already agreed a deal for the Unihockey-Superfinals at the beginning of 2016, the new agreement expands this association for the 2017-18 season.
Under the agreement, SRG has acquired rights to the quarter and semi-finals of the playoffs during the 2017-18 campaign.
In March and April 2018, SRF will broadcast eight selected quarter and semi-final matches, in addition to the two Superfinals. The other channels and platforms of SRF, RTS, RSI and RTR also have the opportunity to report on the playoffs.
