Swiss public-service broadcaster SRG SSR has agreed a three-year rights deal with Indoor Sports – the umbrella body that oversees national championships in basketball, handball, floorball and volleyball.
Under the agreement, which will run from 2016 to 2018, SRG SSR will provide online streaming of key playoff games from domestic competitions across the four sports.
SRG SSR said the project with Indoor Sports will formally launch on April 2, with events being assigned coverage via the SRF.ch, RTS.ch or RSI.ch online platforms.
The broadcaster added that select games will also be afforded television coverage.
