Swiss public-service broadcaster SRG SSR has renewed a rights deal for the Tour de Suisse cycling race.
The new deal will run for four years, from 2015 to 2018.
SRG SSR acquired the rights from InfrontRingier Sports & Entertainment Switzerland, the Infront Sports & Media agency’s 50-per-cent joint venture with Swiss media company Ringier.
Infront has replaced the IMG agency as the Swiss Cycling governing body’s international media rights distributor from the 2015 edition, which will run from June 13-21.
