Domestic coverage of the top men’s and women’s Swedish handball leagues will switch from commercial broadcaster TV4 to pay-television broadcaster C More, it has been confirmed.
The coverage of the 2016-17 season will begin in mid-September, with C More showing games via its mobile application and website.
C More will show every game from the men’s division and 25 contests per season from the women’s competition. TV4 Sport will also show coverage of some matches, according to C More.
Last year TV4 and C More, which are sister companies, collaborated to launch a new subscription video-on-demand service.
