The Racing Partnership, a joint venture between UK racecourse owner and operator Arena Racing Company and seven UK independent racecourses, has launched a new television channel to provide its content to licensed betting offices in the UK.
The channel will launch on September 1 and broadcast live approximately 1,100 fixtures each year.
From January 2017, coverage will include fixtures at the six ARC racecourses, including Doncaster, Lingfield Park, Southwell and Wolverhampton.
The channel will expand its coverage to meetings at the seven TRP racecourses over the course of 2017. Fakenham, Ffos Las, Hexham, Newton Abbot, Plumpton, Ripon and Towcester all form part of the joint venture.
The TRP channel will also broadcast coverage of all South African racing.
All racing coverage will continue to be broadcast by UK pay-television channel At The Races, which serves as the TRP’s media partner.
