Broadcasters in the Baltic nations of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have been handed a deadline of November 23 by which to submit their offers for broadcast rights to the Uefa Champions League, second-tier Europa League and new third-tier Europa Conference League during the 2021-24 cycle.
