This week’s Uefa Women’s Euro quarter-final matches registered strong ratings in participating countries as the tournament continues to outshine the viewing figures at the last edition in 2017.
Last night, Germany’s 2-0 win over Austria was watched by an average of 9.5 million viewers on ARD, the German public-service broadcaster. The audience for the match, which kicked off at 9pm (CET), was equal to a market share of 38.2 per cent, according audience data measurement organisation AGF Videoforschung and GfK.
