The Discovery Networks Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) division of international media company Discovery Communications has appointed Sascha Kojic, formerly of the MP & Silva agency, to the newly created role of vice-president of sports.
Based in Munich, Germany, Kojic will join Discovery on March 1 and report to Kasia Kieli, president and managing director of Discovery Networks CEEMEA. He has spent the past three years as a chief representative of MP & Silva.
In his new position, Kojic will oversee Discovery’s sports strategy, including the acquisition, sublicensing and exploitation of rights on multiple platforms.
