South African public-service broadcaster the SABC has reported an improvement in its net loss for the 2021-22 financial year.
The SABC stated that its net loss of ZAR201m ($11.08m/€11.41m) was an improvement of ZAR329m compared to the previous year. Revenues were up ZAR90m, a 2-per-cent rise due to the marginal increase in sponsorship revenue.
