The beIN Media Group has acquired rights for North America’s Major League Soccer in seven territories across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
The deal includes live coverage of the league in Australia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines and Thailand for four seasons, from 2015 to 2018.
The agreement includes at least two regular-season matches per week as well as the All-Star Game, at least two matches from the newly-created Decision Day, all MLS Cup Playoff games and the MLS Cup.
BeIN Media Group will show highlights, player features and other MLS content across its pay-television beIN Sports channels as well as its digital platforms.
