French pay-television broadcaster beIN Sports has announced an extension of its rights deal for the Bundesliga, the top division of club football in Germany.
The MediaSportif.fr website said beIN will continue to broadcast a competition it has screened since 2005.
BeIN’s deal was first announced in TV Sports Markets 20:11. It is understood to run for four seasons, from 2017-18 to 2020-21.
The Bundesliga will continue in beIN’s European football portfolio in France, which also includes Spain’s LaLiga, Italy’s Serie A and Turkey’s Süper Lig.
