Betradar, a division of sports and betting-related services company Sportradar, has struck a carriage deal with Nigerian bookmaker 1960Bet for its Live Channel service.
The service will be rolled out across 5,000 stores in the African country and will also be available on the 1960bet.ng website.
Live Channel, which offers live coverage of sporting events as well as statistics and betting odds, has rights for properties such as North American Major League Soccer, the Liga ACB Spanish basketball league and several men’s and women’s tennis tournaments.
“We at 1960Bet have had a strong and trusting relationship with Betradar since we launched in 2012, and the quality of their services have gone a long way in driving the growth of 1960Bet,” the bookmaker’s chief executive, Dotun Ajegbile, said.
Spanish gaming operator Codere and Italian bookmaker Sisal Matchpoint have also signed up for the Live Channel service in the past two months.
