Boxing-focused UK pay-television broadcaster BoxNation has acquired rights for the Canelo Alvarez v Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. fight on May 6.
The fight will also be available in the UK on pay-television broadcaster BT Sport, which struck a deal with BoxNation in November.
Under the multi-year deal, boxing promoter and chairman of BoxNation, Frank Warren, will promote 20 premium live boxing events per year that will be simulcast on BT’s pay-television broadcaster BT Sport and BoxNation. The agreement begins on March 1.
