State-owned television channel Dubai Sports has acquired rights in the UAE for the Omantel Professional League, the top division of football in Oman.
Dubai Sports struck the deal with the Oman Football Association (OFA).
The length of the deal, which has started immediately, was not disclosed, but the agreement will run until at least the end of the 2014-15 season.
Dubai Sports Channel is the second overseas broadcaster to show games from the league after Qatar-based Al Kass TV signed a deal with the OFA last year.
