EHF to live stream Women’s Euro qualifiers for first time

The European Handball Federation is to live stream qualification matches for the 2014 European Women’s Championship national team event via its EHFTV.com online platform for the first time.

The EHF has designated a Women’s EHF Euro 2014 qualification channel on the streaming platform for its broadcast of the games.

Five matches from qualifying rounds one and two will be streamed live between October 23-27.
Fans can access coverage of Sweden against Slovenia on October 23, along with France versus Slovakia and Denmark against Austria the following day.

The games between Norway and Romania, and Russia and Germany will then be streamed on October 27. All matches will also be available to view on-demand afterwards.

EHF said it has plans to extend this service in the future and will live stream further qualification games in upcoming rounds.
