Australian pay-television broadcaster Fox Sports will show live coverage of all 39 games of the 2015 National Rugby Championship, the third-tier club rugby union tournament in the country.
All matches played on a Thursday evening throughout the second edition of the championship will be broadcast live on Fox Sports. The other three matches per round will be streamed live on mobile and online platform FoxSports.com.au and via Apple TV on the Fox Sports Now service.
Fox Sports will also offer live streams, on-demand replays and preview content via a dedicated section on the championship’s website.
In March, Fox Sports took up the option of extending a rights deal for the championship for five years, from 2016 to 2020.
The Australian Rugby Union, the governing body of rugby union in the country, operates the tournament, which is designed to bridge the gap between club rugby and the Super Rugby competition contested by the region’s leading franchises.
