Sony-owned broadcaster Multi Screen Media has appointed Prasana Krishnan as the business head of its Indian sports and entertainment pay-television channel Sony Six.
Krishnan moves to Sony Six from rival pay-television broadcaster Neo Sports, where he served as chief operating officer.
N P Singh, chief operating officer for MSM India, said: “We are certain that Prasana's experience and understanding of the business and our audience will help us achieve our objective of becoming the leading player in the genre. We are optimistic that his appointment will further strengthen and grow Six’s position in what can be called as one of the most competitive broadcasting markets in the world.”
