French media group L’Equipe has signed a one-year extension to its rights deal with the French Ice Hockey Federation (FFHG), covering the 2014-15 season of the Ligue Magnus, the top division of ice hockey in the country.
Under the terms of the agreement, the L’Equipe.fr online portal will provide free live video streaming of one match per game day during the Ligue Magnus’ regular season, along with a selection of games from the play-offs.
The new contract commenced with Gap’s 4-3 win over Rouen on Saturday.
