Pay-television broadcaster OSN has struck a deal to distribute WWE Network, the pay-television channel operated by the WWE wrestling organisation, to subscribers in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The deal will run for five years, from 2015 until 2019.
OSN subscribers will be able to access the WWE Network through a television set top box or on a mobile device via the OSN Play online video platform and WWE Network applications.
WWE Network will also be offered in the region on a direct-to-consumer basis through the WWE mobile application.
The distribution deal will come into effect ahead of the WWE Wrestlemania showpiece event on March 29.
The agreement will run alongside an existing deal between the WWE and OSN, under which the broadcaster has the exclusive pay-television rights in the region to events organised by the wrestling organisation.
