SBS picks up Australian rugby tour rights

Australian public-service broadcaster SBS has acquired rights to the national rugby union team’s upcoming tour of the UK.

Australia’s tour begins with a game against Wales at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on November 11, and also includes fixtures against England at Twickenham on November 18 and Scotland at Murrayfield on November 25.

The Mumbrella news website reported that SBS’s coverage will include a live stream via the SBS on Demand service.

Pay-television broadcaster beIN Sports will also cover the three games.
