Germany’s Handball Bundesliga has entered final talks with Christian Seifert’s S Nation Media after the ‘significant majority’ of the league’s executive committee opted to back the new streaming platform’s bid for domestic media rights.

The league said in a brief statement that it is entering talks over a final agreement with S Nation, the joint venture between the former chief executive of the German Football League (DFL) and publishing house Axel Springer.
