Australian commercial broadcaster Seven has acquired rights to the upcoming winter Paralympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
Seven agreed the deal with the Australian Paralympic Committee, which said that the partnership would mark the first time that the winter Paralympics have been shown on a commercial television network in the country.
Seven will deliver coverage across its television, digital and print media assets during the Games, which run from March 9-18.
A daily highlights show will air on 7MATE every morning, with a highlights programme to be shown on 7TWO and Channel 7 in the evening.
Seven also broadcast coverage of the 2016 summer Paralympics, which were held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Australia will compete in alpine skiing and snowboarding during the Games.
