Australian broadcaster Seven West Media has filed court papers seeking access to correspondence between Cricket Australia, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Foxtel and other parties as part of an ongoing dispute over the value of a media rights deal.
Seven and CA have since August been in dispute over whether the value of their deal has been affected by the disruption to this summer's cricket calendar caused by Covid-19. Seven contends that CA breached the deal by making a series of scheduling changes, including to the underway tour by India, the highlight of Australia's international season.
