Sky NZ picks up rights to South Africa-New Zealand Test series

Pay-television broadcaster Sky New Zealand has acquired rights to the national cricket team’s upcoming two-match Test series in South Africa.

The first Test between South Africa and New Zealand begins in Durban tomorrow (Friday) and concludes on August 23, with the second Test taking place in Centurion from August 27-31.

Sky NZ will broadcast the first, second, fourth and fifth days of the Durban Test on its Sky Sport 4 channel, with Sky Sport 1 to show the middle day of action. The first and last days of the second Test will be shown on Sky Sport 3, with the middle three days to be broadcast on Sky Sport 1.

Sky agreed the deal with the Cricket South Africa governing body.
