Indian sports and entertainment pay-television channel Sony Six has secured the exclusive broadcasting rights to the international cricket series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, which is being hosted in the United Arab Emirates.
The teams play the first of two Twenty20 games in Dubai today before five one-day international encounters and three Test Matches, which will also take in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Each venue will host a Test, with the last of the three-match series that concludes the tour set to start in Sharjah on January 16.
Sony-owned broadcaster Multi Screen Media, which operates Sony Six, has declined to disclose the value of the deal.
