UK telecommunications company TalkTalk has agreed a multi-year extension to its deal with pay-television broadcaster Sky for carriage of its Sky Sports channels.
TalkTalk in May sealed a deal to carry pay-television broadcaster BT Sport's channels on its TalkTalk TV platform.
Aleks Habdank, managing director of TalkTalk TV, said: “This (Sky) deal is an unequivocal demonstration of TalkTalk’s continued commitment to TV. Our service is going from strength to strength and our ambition to be the UK’s best value for money TV provider – offering customers flexible access to the widest range of free and paid for content – is firmly on track.”
