The International Amateur Boxing Association has appointed fight sports programme distributors, Fighting Spirit, as the distribution partner for the World Series of Boxing, an annual boxing competition organised by the international federation.
The World Series of Boxing, now entering its third season, is a city-based franchise in which teams compete across a series of fights in five weight classes. A total of 13 Olympic medallists are expected to take part in the forthcoming season.
The deal was announced at the Sportel trade fair in Monaco.
The first round of the 2012-13 season takes place from November 16-18.
