The YES Network has announced it is launching a direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service to provide cord-cutters the ability to watch local broadcasts of the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball, the Brooklyn Nets in the National Basketball Association, and New York Liberty in the WNBA.
The product will be available through monthly or annual subscriptions for $24.99 (€23.04) or $239.99, respectively, via the YES app or its website. The service will not require an additional subscription for existing subscribers to its linear pay-television service.
