The ACC Network has gained a further boost after agreeing a carriage deal with Cox Communications, which follows similar partnerships with Charter and Dish Network.
The ESPN-owned network – which debuted Aug. 22 – showcases college sports action from the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Its coverage includes 40 American football games per season, as well as more than 150 basketball games and a host of other sports. There are also news and information shows, and original programming.
With the Cox partnership, the ACC Network now has carriage deals with companies that collectively reach 52 million potential subscribers, including DirecTV, Hulu Live TV, PlayStation Vue and YouTube TV. It is still seeking deals with Comcast and AT&T Uverse.
All ACC Network games are also available on the ESPN app.
