German public-service broadcaster ARD has acquired rights for the 2013 Fifa Club World Cup football tournament.
ARD will show live coverage of the competition, which will feature Bayern Munich following its victory in the 2013 Uefa Champions League final against German top-tier Bundesliga rival Borussia Dortmund.
The competition will run from December 11-21 in Morocco and feature the club champions from each of Fifa’s six continental confederations along with the host nation’s national champion.
