The Spring Media agency has acquired the Netherlands-based agency Athletic Sports Group (ASG), including its subsidiary Fight Globe.
The agreement follows Spring Media's recent acquisition of Hogmore Media, the Liechtenstein- and Austria-based agency known for its work in the host broadcast and distribution of football friendlies.
