State-owned sports broadcaster the Bahrain Sport Channel has acquired domestic rights for the 2013 Gulf Cup of Nations football tournament.
Bahrain Sport Channel struck the deal with the World Sport Group agency, which is distributing rights for the competition that features national teams from member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the regional confederation.
The competition, which takes place in Bahrain, will start on Saturday and run until January 18.
