Ban Tech acquires Bangladesh Cricket Board rights

Bangladeshi agency Ban Tech has acquired media rights for Bangladesh men's home international cricket matches in a deal with the Bangladesh Cricket Board running from now until October 2023.

Ban Tech is reported to be paying just over $19m (€15.6m) for the rights, which are thought to cover international markets as well as the domestic market. India, England, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the West Indies are among the teams scheduled to tour Bangladesh in the period covered by the deal. Australia and New Zealand are also reported to be planning tours.
