Brazilian pay-television broadcaster Bandsports has extended its deal for tennis grand slam the French Open and acquired a package of rights for the men’s ATP World Tour.
The Máquina do Esporte website said Bandsports has agreed three-year deals, covering 2018 to 2020, for both packages of rights.
The French Open at Roland Garros will be complemented by the addition of ATP rights from next year.
Under a deal agreed with the IMG agency, Bandsports will exclusively broadcast 13 ATP 250 tournaments per year, along with the Next Gen Finals and 12 of the 13 ATP 500 series events, the exception being the Rio Open.
