French pay-television broadcaster beIN Sport has agreed a four-year deal for the exclusive rights to the Euroleague basketball competition in France.
The contract, running from the 2013-14 to 2016-17 seasons, will allow beIN Sport to broadcast at least two games per week in the group stage of the Euroleague season.
BeIN Sport will also broadcast all games featuring French clubs during the Top 16 and playoff stages. At least one game a week will be covered from these rounds if French teams fail to qualify.
The Euroleague’s season finale, the Final Four, will also be covered in full on beIN Sport.
The 2013-14 Final Four will be staged in Milan from May 16-18, with Strasbourg IG and JSF Nanterre representing France in this year’s Euroleague.
