Belgian pay-television broadcaster Belgacom has unveiled a special offer for its football programming after it acquired non-exclusive domestic rights for live coverage of the Pro League, the country’s top division.
Belgacom will share rights to the competition with other domestic pay-television broadcasters Telenet and Voo. The agreement will run for three seasons, from 2014-15 to 2016-17.
Belgacom will broadcast Pro League matches on its Belgacom 11 channel, which is available for €9.95 ($13.62) per month.
Belgacom will also broadcast various other European club competitions on Belgacom 11 Plus, which is also available for €9.95 per month. Coverage will include the Uefa Champions League European club competition, as well as action from the top domestic leagues in Spain and Portugal.
Under Belgacom’s ‘All Foot’ offer, viewers can access content on both channels for €14.95 per month.
Belgacom customers will also be able to access official Belgian football club channels and coverage of the Proximus League, the country’s second division, free of charge.
