Bike, a television channel dedicated to cycling, has agreed a carriage deal with UK satellite platform Freesat.
The channel is launching on Freesat, which is available in more than 17 million households in the UK, today (Tuesday).
The channel will provide live coverage of professional races, such as the Gent-Wevelgem, Tour de Romandie and Giro del Trentino. Bike will also show a range of documentaries, entertainment programming and reality shows, starting in September.
Bike is already available on UK pay-television platforms Sky and Virgin Media.
