French pay-television broadcaster Canal Plus is preparing a complaint to the country’s Tribunal de Commerce business court over rival pay-television broadcaster beIN Sport, according to the BFM TV news website.
The report said that Canal Plus is going to accuse Al Jazeera-owned beIN Sport of unfair competition practices.
The website added that Canal Plus has been preparing its complaint for several months.
