DAZN, the OTT service operated by digital sport media company Perform, has acquired rights in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the upcoming heavyweight boxing clash between British fighters Tony Bellew and David Haye.
DAZN will provide exclusive coverage of the May 5 fight in Germany and Austria, and non-exclusive coverage in Switzerland.
The event at London’s O2 Arena will be free to view for DAZN subscribers, with the service providing coverage from 7pm local time, ensuring full coverage of the undercard.
DAZN will show a series of interviews with both fighters in the build-up to the clash and will also offer on-demand coverage of the fight in the two weeks following the event.
The pair first met back in March 2017, with Bellew defeating Haye by technical knockout after 11 rounds.
