OTT sports streaming platform DAZN has acquired rights in Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Germany to this weekend’s heavyweight boxing rematch between Deontay Wilder and Luis Ortiz.
Rights will be exclusive in Spain and Germany. The fight will take place this Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Wilder and Ortiz met at New York’s Barclays Center in March 2018, with Wilder defending his WBC heavyweight title with a tenth-round knockout.
DAZN will broadcast the full card of Saturday’s fight night, which will also include Santa Cruz’s bout with Miguel Flores for the WBA featherweight championship.
