Event promoter Amaury Sport Organisation has signed women’s Tour de France media rights deals with Eurovision Sport and French public-service broadcaster France Télévisions, with online mass participation training platform Zwift signing on as a presenting sponsor of the newly-created women’s cycling event.
Eurovision Sport, the Geneva-based sports arm of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) consortium of mainly public-service broadcasters, has reached an agreement ASO to show the race in 54 European countries.
