Eleven Sports seeks to disrupt Singapore market with new subscription offering

International sports broadcaster Eleven Sports has introduced new subscription packages in Singapore that it states will seek to disrupt the traditional consumption of premium sport in the country.

Eleven Sports Pass will offer viewers on-the-go access to premium live and exclusive content across top sports at just SGD$0.99 (€0.65/$0.7) per week or SGD$39.90 annually. Both payment options also offer the viewer a complimentary trial period of seven days.

Subscribers will be able to access premium sports content on the Eleven and Eleven Sports channels, including football from the English FA Cup, EFL Cup and Football League, Italy’s Serie A, Brazil’s Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and the Scottish Professional Football League.

Danny Menken, group managing director of Eleven Sports, said: “Our first-class content is available anytime, anywhere, and by disrupting the broadcast market we are changing the way that sport is consumed in Singapore – placing fans at the very heart of the viewer experience.”

Alternatively, fans of football’s English Premier League can subscribe to the Eleven Sports Premier Pass, giving them additional access to Eleven Plus, a Premier League-dedicated channel which shows three top live matches and three delayed matches every week, plus ancillary content from the clubs.

Subscriptions for the Eleven Sports Premier Pass cost SGD$24.90 per month, or SGD$214.90 for an annual pass, with both options including a complimentary trial period of 30 days.
