Europa League shifts across to Cuatro

Cuatro will show one match per round starting from the round of 32 clash between Spanish side Sevilla and FC Porto of Portugal on February 17. This will be the first European game that Cuatro has broadcast.

Last week, pay-television operator Digital Plus acquired Champions League rights in a three-year deal, from 2012-13 to 2014-15. The rights include coverage of all games apart from the first-choice Tuesday match, which Uefa will look to award to a free-to-air broadcaster. A second round of bidding for the Tuesday package is expected to take place this week after opening round bids failed to produce a clear winner.
